What data we collect

Through the quote request form we collect the data you enter yourself: name, company, email, phone, pickup and delivery location and cargo description. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use the data

We use the data only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and arrange the transport. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data passes through the servers of our hosting and email provider (Zone Media OÜ). To arrange transport we may share the necessary details with the carrier.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for up to 2 years, and data related to concluded transport contracts for the period required by law (accounting documents 7 years).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
